Disney Infinity ‘Rise Against The Empire’ Play Set Deals at Toys ‘R’ Us & Target

Next week is the launch of Disney Infinity 3.0 Wave 2, which includes several new items for purchase. Yesterday I brought you the deals at Best Buy, and today I’m happy to bring the deals at Toys ‘R’ Us and Target

To recap, here is everything available in ‘wave 2’ for Disney Infinity 3.0

• Rise Against The Empire Play Set (Includes Luke and Leia)
• Han Solo
• Chewbacca
• Darth Vader
• Rise Against The Empire Power Disc Pack

Target is celebrating the launch of this wave by offering the following deals…

• Save $15 on all Disney Infinity Starter Packs
• Save $10 on all Disney Infinity playsets

So Target, like Best Buy, will offer the Rise Against the Empire Play Set at launch for $25, a savings of $10! But in addition to that, you will also be able to save $10 on all Play Sets released for 1.0-3.0

Toys ‘R’ Us will be offering the following deals…

• Save $10 On Any Disney Infinity Starter Pack
• Buy Any Disney Infinity play set get any power disc pack or single figure for $4.99†
• Save $20 when you spend $90 or more on Disney Infinity 3.0 playsets, figures or power disc packs††Limit 1 per guest. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Toys ‘R’ Us deal isn’t as nice for a ‘direct’ savings, but still some decent offerings. Unfortunately it looks like you can’t combine two of the offers, but you could still combine the Starter Pack deal with the Save $20 deal.

Price Matching

I get this question a lot, so I’ll explain it in terms of these sales. You will be able to price match the $25 play set deal at ANY retailer as it is just a simple price listing (ex: buy ____ for $25). So no retailer should have problems matching that deal. You will not, however, be able to price match Toys ‘R’ Us’s unique offers and deals to other retailers to stack on top of their savings. So you can’t go to Target and buy the Rise Against The Empire playset for $25, and hope to get a figure for $4.99.
