OFFICIAL: Disney Infinity Announces Kylo Ren Light FX Figure (Releasing 4/5, Pre-Order At GameStop)

Disney finally confirmed the release of the Kylo Ren Light FX figure late Friday.

We’ve known about the figure’s existence since December 18th, but at that point we got a wishy-washy response from John Vignocchi.

Then it started appearing at retailers across the planet, but still no confirmation from Disney.

Star Wars then inadvertently(?) announced it on instagram, followed by Disney officially confirming it on Friday night at 8:00 PM.

Finally, today we can take a sigh of relief, especially those of you who have been holding off purchasing Kylo Ren for Disney Infinity for this purpose.

All Disney has said so far is that it will be available for pre-order on March 15th.

Good news though, you can head into your local GameStop store now and place the pre-order, as you can see I did below.

It is not clear at this time if GameStop will be the sole retailer for the figure, but it’s been long speculated that it would be. Hopefully we’ll find out on Tuesday.

I know some of you will be disappointed because you already bought Kylo Ren, but I tried my very best to keep you informed as much as possible!

This release has no direct effect on whether we get a Darth Maul or Ahsoka Light FX figure.

But no matter what… it looks awesome and I can’t wait to get it in person.
