Four New Disney Infinity 3.0 Play Sets Coming To Disney Infinity 3.0 (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars)

The biggest news to come from the Disney Infinity NEXT (Spring 2016) event yesterday was that we are not getting a Disney Infinity 4.0 this year, but instead are getting content to add to Disney Infinity 3.0.

Expanding on that announcement, was news that we are getting 4 Play Sets for Disney Infinity 3.0.

Plus those four play sets come from the four major brands in Disney Infinity: Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars.

John Vignocchi did confirm in the live Twitch stream that the Marvel Battlegrounds Play Set coming on March 15th does count as the Marvel Play Set in 2016. But it’s important to note that more Marvel figures will be released throughout the year, all of which are compatible with Marvel Battlegrounds.

So that leaves a new Play Set for Disney, Star Wars, and Pixar.
