Disney Infinity 2.0 for iPad Will Be ‘Out For The Holidays, Features Two Exclusive Characters

“The Disney Infinity 2.0 iPad app will be out for the holidays, and two new character figures will be digital exclusives.”. That is a quote from Matthew Panzarino, co-editor at Tech Crunch, who is attending a Disney digital press briefing today. 

Now don’t over think think or over hype this. There could be a wide variety of explanations. These could be the two Tron figures, though we know they’re going to be getting physical figures at some point. So they wouldn’t really be ‘exclusive’. Though maybe that’s Disney PR saying they’re a timed exclusive.

They could be referencing the gray baymax figure, though we know he’s on the PC version as well.

So we’ll just have to wait and see. I still expect the iPad version to hit this month even though today’s news say ‘Holiday’.
