Update on B2G1 on Disney Infinity At Target

If you remember from earlier, Target will be selling Disney Infinity figures for Buy 2 Get 1 free next week. Obviously it would make things much easier if it was this week with the release of the Disney Originals.

Well I reached out to Target to see if their price match policy would allow a customer to purchase the figures this week and get the price adjusted next week. Here is their response…

Hello Jason,

Thanks for taking the time to ask us about our price matching policy.

Our price matching policy allows for adjustments on items bought within the same week or the week after it is advertised at a lower price.

We can only price match an item if it goes on Sale, Price Cut, Temporary Price Cut within the same week or week after. But we’re unable to price match an item if it’s advertised as “Buy one get one free or Buy 2 get one free or any other promotion added to an item”. If this happens, the only option is to return the item and reorder it with the current promotion.

So there you have it. If you open the boxes, you’re out of luck. Sometimes returning/repurchasing at the same time can be hard as well, as that greatly depends on the associate working.
