Why is Disney Infinity 2.0 Releasing Early in Europe? Competition

As you may or may not know, Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes is releasing a couple days early in Europe compared to it’s American counterpart… but why? The answers is actually quite simple…

Competition.

The North American release for Disney Infinity 2.0 is set for September 23rd, with another title launching later that week: FIFA 15.

In Europe, obviously FIFA is their Madden. So the Europe team decided to move the release of Disney Infinity 2.0 up a week to September 18th/19th  just so it would have it’s own release week without competition.
