Official: Marvel Superheroes Coming To Disney Infinity 2.0

Well Marvel dropped the big bombshell that Disney Infinity fans have been waiting for… Marvel Supheroes are coming to Disney Infinity!

… but not in Disney Infinity 1, but what they are calling Disney Infinity 2.0

No other information has been given and the only thing “confirmed” is Captain America as they show his shield in the trailer.  But with the obvious wording “Superheros” and with Avengers of Ultron coming to theaters next summer, the possibility of the number of characters are… infinite.

Sorry had to say it. I’m just that excited for this.

So now the next big question. When is more information coming? Well the annual PAX East gaming show is this weekend in Boston (April 11-13) so the timing of this tease and the popularity of that conference, we could possibly learn more this weekend. Beyond that, obviously E3 is June 10-12, and I can assure you Disney Infinity will have a presence there.
